Some useful code used in this sample.

When a printer is selected, the UI must be updated with the available paper sizes and bins. To do this we use the printerControl object which will provide the appropriate lists. We must also select the printer so that we can find its default paper size and bin.

The lists of papersizes and bins are returned as javascript arrays. This helper function displays the contents of the list as option elements in a select element.
